Wheeland Member cautions public not to trust PNP Budget

first_img Related Items: Facebook Twitter Google+LinkedInPinterestWhatsAppThe Government’s track record proves they will not do what they say, it was the overarching perspective of Wheeland Member of Parliament, Delroy Williams. “Even though they are in the Budget, for some reason I just don’t trust this government. Because we had in 2-13/14 we had budgeted a boat ramp for the Wheeland community, that went away. It just disappeared out of the Budget.”When it comes to public works, the shadow Minister from the PDM, explained in that Monday press conference that projects are continuously underfunded or never tackled or completed. Williams said the capital works announcements are empty promises. “Hon Derek Taylor spoke about $37 million in projects, $12 million of that is in infrastructure and all of it is uncommitted. Projects included the replacement of Church Folly in Grand Turk, government roads and Hon Goldray (Ewing) mentioned the Blue Hills board walk, which is estimated at $2 million but nothing has been budgeted to spend. Just a measly $100k, but that cannot build a boardwalk. For years I have been begging for a Community Center for Wheeland; this year they have budgeted $1 million that is uncommitted, no monies has been allocated for it.” Facebook Twitter Google+LinkedInPinterestWhatsApplast_img read more

AC Milan are in crisis – Gattuso

first_imgAC Milan manager Gennaro Gattuso has admitted that the club is in crisis after they lost 1-0 at home to Fiorentina on Saturday.AC Milan were eliminated from the Europa League last week, and have also failed to score for three games in a row, but their latest defeat has left manager Gattuso with no option but to declare a crisis.“It’s certainly a difficult moment,” Gattuso told Football Italia.“But today we were in a state of emergency because of our injuries. I have nothing to reproach the team for. This result is hard to swallow, we weren’t sharp, but we weren’t lucky either.Franck Ribery, FiorentinaFiorentina owner: “Ribery played better than Ronaldo!” Andrew Smyth – September 14, 2019 Fiorentina owner Rocco Commisso was left gushing over Franck Ribery’s performance against Juventus, which he rates above that of even Cristiano Ronaldo’s.“The statistics say that Milan are in crisis. We’ve been struggling to cause problems for our opponents over the last three weeks.“It’s fair to say we’ve not exactly been calm before that either, but we have to find some peace and not seek scapegoats.“The team did everything it possibly could today and we tried to win it, but lost our shape under Fiorentina pressure.”last_img read more

However, she was not afflicted with medical issues like hemorrhaging and lung and heart maladies that often occur in babies born as premature and underweight as her, according to Sharp Healthcare.“No one expects their baby to be born with complications,” said Trisha Khaleghi, senior vice president and CEO at Sharp Mary Birch. “But when the unexpected occurs, Sharp Mary Birch is equipped with the latest technologies, equipment, research and specially trained experts to care for even the world’s smallest baby.”Saybie weighed roughly 5 1/2 pounds and measured 16 inches when she was discharged earlier this month. Despite the five-month hospital stay, the infant is now resting at home happy and healthy, according to the hospital. Categories: Health, Local San Diego News FacebookTwitterlast_img read more
