The course was in perfect condition but as always it proved to be a real challenge also.The winning scores were close together and coming out on top was Neil Harvey with 38 points, one point up on second placed Paddy Devereux who in turn beat Phil Waite on count-back. Near pins went to Neil Harvey and Phil Waite.Thursday, August 9, Mt. Shadow – StablefordMountain Shadow was our venue for Thursday and we found the course in very good condition. Our hole-in-one man, Stanley Rees, showed good form and won with an even par 36 points, beating Dave Smith on count-back.
