It might not seem like the grandest gesture in the world, yet it showed true class and humility.From 247Sports:“Dear Lily, Thank you for your note,” Frost wrote on official Nebraska football stationary. “I’m sorry but I won’t be able to attend your birthday dinner. I hope that you have a great 5th birthday. Thank you for always watching our games and cheering for the Huskers. Go Big Red! – Scott Frost.”It’s safe to say that Frost is making sure that he stays connected with the community in Nebraska. His success as the Cornhuskers’ coach is obviously important, but his character speaks more to the importance of having him at the helm.Moments like this are simply priceless.
